Terms and conditions

This package is based on two guests sharing a Classic bedroom for a minimum two-nights, including breakfast both mornings. It is subject to availability and based on new bookings only. It is fully pre-payable at the time of booking, is non-refundable and cannot be transferred to another date. Available for stays from 8th June 2024. There will be limited availability over festival dates in Cheltenham and not available on weekends in December nor across the festive season. One glass of Prosecco per guest available on arrival. One Queens afternoon tea per guest to be taken during the stay. Two tickets to Slimbridge Wetland Centre will be booked on the first full day of your stay and will be available to collect on the day. If you would like to change the date of your tickets, email reservations@suttonhotelcollection.com with your booking reference at least a week before you are due to arrive. All extras are non-refundable with no cash alternative.
