Do you have accessible rooms?

What are the check in and check out times?

Check in is at 3pm and check out is at 11am. Please get in touch to discuss early check-in or a late checkout via

Are we able to book as a large group?

When booking more than 7 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply. Get in touch with us on if you would like to discuss extras such as interconnecting rooms or private dinner reservations. We will work hard to make your stay a memorable one.

Do you have robes and slippers in the rooms?

We are on a big journey to play our part in saving the planet and becoming more sustainable.  So, we have removed bathrobes and slippers from all bedrooms apart from Suites and Junior Suites as not all guests wish to use them.  But, if you want to snuggle up in a bathrobe and slippers, then tell us and we will bring them straight up to you.  

Do you have hairdryers?

Yes, you’ll find a hairdryer in every room.

Do you have fridges in the rooms?

We do in all rooms, with complimentary still and sparkling water in all rooms. You’ll also find fresh milk in all the rooms to enjoy with your morning cup of tea or coffee.

Do you have tea and coffee making facilities in the rooms?

There is a kettle in every room, as well as cafetieres and Nespresso machines. A range of teas are also provided in your room.

Do you have irons?

Yes, these will usually be found in the wardrobe along with an ironing board.

Do you have laundry facilities?

Yes we do, and you’ll find a laundry bag, prices and more information in your room.

Do you have dog-friendly rooms?

Yes. your four-legged friends are welcome to stay in our special dog-friendly rooms. We are pleased to welcome up to two well-trained dogs per room, for a cost of £30 per night.

Are we able to store our luggage here?

Of course, if you arrive early or want somewhere to store your cases once you’ve checked out, you can speak to staff on reception who will kindly assist.


Yes, it does. If you should find a price online that is cheaper than what you find direct, then simply email us on with details and screen shots of the dates you have searched, the package you saw and the price you found cheaper and we will honour the price you have found elsewhere.

What are the opening times of the restaurant?

Weekdays: 6.30am – 10:00am
Weekends and Bank Holidays: 7.30am – 10.30am

12.00pm until 3:00pm

Times are dependant on the weather



Is there a lift?

There is a lift conveniently located next to reception.

Is there parking on-site?

Yes, you’ll find a car park behind the hotel and spaces are on a first come first served basis. Parking is £15 per night.
