Have the flexibility to cancel your best available rate booking right up to 2:00pm on the day you are due to arrive. Book and save on our advanced purchase rate and have the option of transferring your booking to another date up to three days before you are due to arrive.

If you should find a price online that is cheaper than what you find direct, then simply email us on reservations@suttonhotelcollection.com with details and screen shots of the dates you have searched, the package you saw and the price you found cheaper and we will honour the price you have found elsewhere.

As an added incentive to book direct, every guest booking direct can enjoy their first drink on us. You will receive a voucher on check-in to redeem in the bar once you have unpacked, explored your comfortable new bedroom and made your way back down to relax in the bar or in the lovely garden.

If you do find a cheaper price online to our direct price, we will only accept screen shots from the actual third party showing the dates, the same room type and the same package compared to our direct website. We will not accept screen shots from third party aggregator sites such as Google Hotel Finder and TripAdvisor where you cannot see details of the package and the room type being queried. Our prices fluctuate regularly based on market demand so we will only accept queries that are sent within three hours of the lowest price being found.

Guests that book directly via queenshotelcheltenham.co.uk will be entitled to one free drink per adult guest per stay. Eligible guests will be handed a voucher on check-in that you can take to the bar to redeem against a number of drinks including house wine, beer, soft drinks and hot drinks. The voucher will be dated and needs to be redeemed during your stay. Vouchers that are not redeemed are non-refundable and non-transferable, no cash alternative.
