Wearing a mask is no longer mandatory, it is a personal choice, and we respect the choice you make. You may see members of our team wearing masks too. Spot the smile in their eyes if they are.
There are sanitising stations around the hotels, particularly at the hotel entrance, reception, food and drink outlets and by the lift. If you need additional hand sanitiser, simply ask our team.
Cleaning standards throughout the hotel are externally validated and are in line with UK Health Security Agency and UK Government guidelines. A higher cleaning frequency is maintained at higher-risk contact points such as restrooms, door handles, lift buttons etc.
Above all, we want you to enjoy your stay and feel safe. If at any point you have any concerns, do speak to a member of the team.

If you, or someone in your party has tested positive for Covid-19, please do not travel to our hotels. Our team will work with you to make sure you can still enjoy our wonderful hotels once you are well again.
We also have fully flexible booking rates, which allow you to change your plans right up until 2pm on the day of arrival, offering added peace of mind.
