This offer is based on new meeting and events taking place from 1st April to 31st October 2024 for a minimum of 10 delegates on a full day delegate or 24-hour meeting package that specifically ask for this package. Does not apply to room hire only package. Must be confirmed by 30th September 2024. All extras are non-refundable, no cash alternative. One tree per delegate booked on the green meetings package will be planned via More:Trees. After the event has taken place the organiser will receive an email certificate confirming the number of trees planted on their behalf. For agents, the 1% donation is only available on meetings taking the green meetings package, the ESG cause must be a registered charity and the registered business number should be given to the events team post event and we will donate directly to the charity within 30 days.
