Jazz inspired cocktails

For one week only, our talented bar team will be mixing up a storm with some jazz inspired cocktails. For gin lovers try the ‘Lady Day’s Bluesy Tonic’ which captures the essence of Billie Holiday’s emotive singing with its smooth gin base, complemented by the sweet and tangy flavours of blueberry liqueur and fresh lemon juice.

If bourdon is more your tipple we have two for you to try. Sip on the ‘Gregg Porter’s Soulful Swing’ which combines the richness of bourbon with the sweetness of maple syrup and the brightness of fresh lemon juice, creating a drink that resonates with the soulful melodies and spiritual essence of Porter’s music. Or for a slightly sweeter cocktail, try the ‘Satchmo’s Soulful Serenade’ which captures the warmth and depth of Louis Armstrong’s music, with the bourbon complemented by the sweetness of honey and the acidity of fresh lemon juice.
